We are seeking an HR Operations Program Manager to drive critical People Team programs and operational efficiencies across the HR function at Redwood Materials. This role focuses on building scalable, technology-enabled processes that align with the company’s growth and increasing organizational maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or field of study relevant to the job
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, Knowledge of HR and/or project management
- 3+ years of experience managing LOAs or building leaves/worker’s compensation processes. Experience in California, Nevada, and South Carolina preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and immigration compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, etc.) and HCM, Workday preferred
- People-first mindset with a focus on automation
- Experience with project management execution; managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations
