Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to oversee human resources operations across our U.S. entities. This role is responsible for managing and executing core HR functions in a complex, multi-state, and global environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple U.S. entities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
- Execute HR processes in accordance with company policies, approval workflows, and leadership direction
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of employee data to support audit readiness and compliance
