R&D Process Engineer (Etch Packaging)

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our R&D team in Singapore. The successful candidate will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.

Requirements

• PhD or Master or Bachelor in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor including Plasma Etch process development field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solver attitude with determination and quality-mindset
