Senior Counsel - Ethics & Compliance

We are seeking a Senior Counsel, Ethics & Compliance to provide legal and strategic guidance on ethics, anticorruption, conflicts of interest, investigations, and regulatory compliance, to help localize global compliance controls and embed ethical decision making into day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in compliance program management, ideally in high-tech or manufacturing industries
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized Indian university
• Masters, international legal training, or compliance certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and integrity, organization, attention to detail, and to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems
• Savviness with software applications utilized in compliance programs such as Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Tableau, as well as comfort using AI and data analytics
