Manage end-to-end ethics and whistleblower investigations, evaluate allegations, develop investigation plans, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, conduct interviews, and maintain audit-ready case files. Track trends and assist in strengthening the Ethics & Compliance program.
Requirements
- 3ā6 years of experience in ethics & compliance investigations, internal audit or HR employee relations
- Proven experience handling end-to-end investigations
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Experience using case management systems (preferably NAVEX/Ethics Point)
- Bachelorās degree preferably in Law, MBA, or a related field
- High integrity, objectivity, and professionalism
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in sensitive situations
- Analytical ability to assess credibility and evidence
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication and confidentiality skills
- Resilience, empathy, and maturity in handling sensitive matters
- Willingness for occasional travel
