Job Description
We are seeking a Lead to join our growing Ethics & Compliance team. The ideal candidate brings strong investigative judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, fairness, and independence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6 + years of experience in an Ethics & Compliance, Legal, HR, or similar function
- Strong knowledge of compliance laws, regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated experience leading sensitive, complex, and high risk investigations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
