Senior Equipment Engineer (Fab Start-up)

The Senior Equipment Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and readiness of wafer fabrication equipment to support new product introduction and transfer activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 5–8 years in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment engineering
• Hands-on experience with tool installation, qualification, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
