Job Description
Senior Equipment Engineer responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and readiness of wafer fabrication equipment to support new product introduction and transfer activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 5–8 years in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment engineering
- Hands-on experience with tool installation, qualification, and troubleshooting
- Track record in new product transfer or technology introduction projects will be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)
