Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and energetic team player to support complex transactions and provide general business and product counseling in support of Applied’s EPIC Center and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited and recognized law school.
- 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on product counseling and complex transactions.
- Deep understanding of contract terms relating to creation and allocation of technology and IP rights.
- Excellent negotiation skills including first-hand experience leading negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to support a global business.
- Ability to spot compliance and regulatory implications of new businesses.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and with a diverse group of colleagues in multiple countries.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
