Technology Transactions and Product Counsel (Strategic Partnerships, EPIC Center)

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced, creative, and energetic team player to support complex transactions and provide general business and product counseling, in support of Applied’s EPIC Center and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating broad range of technology transactions and other complex agreements
• Counseling business teams and other stakeholders regarding contract provisions, intellectual property rights, and other legal matters
• Partnering effectively with other groups in the Legal and Compliance Organization to deliver effective and comprehensive legal support to business stakeholders
• Actively participating in process and technology projects designed to improve service and efficiency within the Legal and Compliance Organization
