Product Engineer (f/m/d)

We're looking for an engineer who cares about what they're building, not just how. You'll own features end-to-end, ship with a small team and minimal process, and use AI tools as your default way of working.

Requirements

• Own feature development end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, iterating.
• Maintain and extend existing codebases with a focus on quality and speed.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) as your primary development workflow.
• Flag gaps or ambiguity in requirements before they become problems — write lightweight specs when needed.
• Read and interpret product metrics to understand how features are actually performing.
• Bring technical perspective to product discussions — not because it’s a separate responsibility, but because you naturally care about the outcome.
