Product Engineer (m/w/d)

dectria develops software and AI solutions for companies in the DACH region. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for projects end-to-end - from customer conversations, conception, and implementation to go-live. You will work directly with the management and customers, code with AI tools, and manage requirements, priorities, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in software development (full-stack focused)
• Solid knowledge in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js
• Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor or comparable)
• Independent and proactive work style with high self-responsibility
• Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speech
