Requirements
- 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology
- Minimum of 2+ years specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter working on high-visibility, high-impact roles
- Ideally, a technical background (e.g., a degree in Computer Science or former experience in a technical role)
- Professional English skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to high-level stakeholders
- Adaptability to work in an environment where performance is measured by impact, not activity
