Job Description
As a Senior Technical TA Manager, you will act as a talent engineer for high-growth portfolio companies, navigating the global landscape to find the best tech and product talent. You will be a strategic talent partner who understands the nuances of modern tech stacks and the psychology of developers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology
- Minimum of 2+ years specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter working on high-visibility, high-impact roles
- Tech background, ideally a degree in Computer Science or former experience in a technical role
- Professional English skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to high-level stakeholders
