
Job description
The IT Manager will lead and manage the company's Information Technology, aligning IT operations with business goals. This role will oversee new IT projects, maintenance, and upgrades, as well as manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and communications solutions.
Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and planning, infrastructure and operations management, project management and innovation, governance and compliance, collaboration and stakeholder management, and team leadership and development.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a master's degree or MBA preferred. They will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience building IT roadmaps, managing budgets, and working with C-level executives.
