IT Manager

Role Overview

The IT Manager will lead and manage the company's Information Technology, aligning IT operations with business goals. This role will oversee new IT projects, maintenance, and upgrades, as well as manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and communications solutions.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and planning, infrastructure and operations management, project management and innovation, governance and compliance, collaboration and stakeholder management, and team leadership and development.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a master's degree or MBA preferred. They will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience building IT roadmaps, managing budgets, and working with C-level executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Master of Science in Information Technology or an MBA with a focus on technology management (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven experience building IT roadmaps, managing substantial departmental budgets, and working directly with C-level executives
• Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Cisco Meraki, AD, O365, Virtualization (Proxmox), Data Engine (SQL Server, Postgres)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Arabic language
