Technical Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating agile development and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed effectively.

What You Will Do

Lead Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products within deadlines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have an experience working in a software development environment preferably a solid background in mobile technology, web technology, or mobile/web app development and possess strong project management skills.

Requirements

• Scrum
• Project Management
• Agile Methodology
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and mobile technologies (Android, iOS)
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent leadership quality, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment
