Job Description
We are seeking a Release Engineer to join our Release Engineering team. This role involves assisting in release automation, managing release pipelines, and ensuring smooth software releases. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with scripting (Groovy, Python) and have experience with CI/CD tools like Jira, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
Requirements
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining release automation scripts.
- Work with Release Manager to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline execution.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and Product teams to plan and coordinate software releases.
- Automate repetitive manual release tasks.
- Manage release documentation and deployment checklists.
- Monitor builds, deployments, and troubleshoot release failures.
- Track and manage release activities using JIRA, Confluence, etc.
