• Proven experience in human resources and labor orientation or related areas in the US.
• Ability to form and train in job search strategies and interview preparation and resume creation.
• Knowledge of the US labor market: It is essential to understand labor regulations, such as I-9, W4, and work permits, as well as US procedures related to employability.
• Mastery of resume information in comparison to a CV, ensuring correct structure according to international standards.
• Knowledge and application of interview preparation strategies in the US, including expected behavior, types of questions, and best practices for professional presentation.
• Understanding of the US work environment, as well as the main cultural and organizational differences compared to Latin America, to guide accordingly.
• Excellent communication in Spanish, as we work with a Spanish-speaking audience, clear and effective communication is essential.
• Management of digital tools for virtual classes.
