• Understanding of the labor environment in the USA, as well as the main cultural and organizational differences compared to Latin America, to orient them properly.
• Excellent communication in Spanish, as we work with a Hispanic audience, it is essential to have clear and effective communication.
• Management of digital tools for virtual classes.
