Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing executive or management-level administrative support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
