Requirements
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs
- Lead the annual compensation cycle
- Evaluate and analyze compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders
- Oversee benefits plan design, vendor selection, and ongoing administration
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Drive the communication and education strategy for employees
