Job Description
Apply instructional design expertise to analyze learning needs and design high-quality learning solutions that support organizational performance and business outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective learning materials and ensure continuity across courses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- Master's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
- Experience with project management and leadership
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
