We are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic and independent advice and support to top management in personnel-related matters, covering the entire employee life cycle and promoting corporate culture, employee engagement, and development.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, personnel management, or comparable education
• Several years of experience in HR, preferably in an internationally established industrial company
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and initiative
• Very good German and good English skills
