ATS Industrial Automation is looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to join our international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent advice and support to department heads and employees on all personnel and labor law matters, and fostering a positive company culture.
Requirements
- providing independent advice and support to department heads and employees
- coordinating and/or supporting the implementation of all operational HR tasks
- facilitating employee lifecycle processes, HR projects, and the development of HR processes
- fostering a positive, healthy, and performance-oriented company culture
- managing personal administration tasks such as document management, contract creation, and communication
- implementing, coordinating, and supporting personnel development measures
- leading personnel meetings and participating in HR projects
- collaborating with external personnel service providers
- executing BEM processes, and collaborating with the works council and advising department heads on labor law matters
