We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our machine learning initiatives and drive forward our data-driven projects.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on machine learning projects
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and OOP languages like C# or Java
Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques
Experience with computer vision, NLP, and LLMs for developing advanced AI models
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with expertise in at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and project management
Familiarity with Microsoft development environments, including PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders from various departments
Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to deployment
Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions
Fluency in English
