We are seeking a Regional Account Director to drive the growth and success of patient referral channels for aptihealth. This role will involve building, strengthening, and scaling strategic partnerships with primary care physicians, hospitals, and specialty provider groups.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Mid-Hudson Valley, NY
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development in healthcare, including direct engagement with primary care practices and hospital systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare landscape, with the ability to navigate patient referral workflows and applicable regulatory requirements..
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally 3–5 days per week (within an approximately one-hour driving radius) to meet with prospective referral partners; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or growth targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
