Requirements
- Must be based in the Mid-Hudson Valley, NY
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development in healthcare.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare landscape, with the ability to navigate patient referral workflows and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally 3–5 days per week to meet with prospective referral partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or growth targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for improving mental health outcomes and a commitment to aptihealth's mission.
