Job Description
The Commercial Doors Sales Support Associate will focus on building customer relationships while maximizing opportunities to provide CIH products and services and achieve department goals.
Requirements
- Generate and process new sales leads
- Review project documents and plans to assist with cost estimates
- Process and communicate cost estimates to general contractors
- Follow-up and track bids and project opportunities
- Process the'selling' of estimates once projects are sold
- Obtain special quotes from manufacturers
- Assist the developer sales team in achieving sales and profit margin goals
- Visit construction projects for pre-bid information and customer consultation
- Answer phone calls/emails from general contractors
- Develop and maintain resource information on products and vendors
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
