Assistant Rig Superintendent (Talent Pool) Job

The Assistant Rig Superintendent plays a vital role in supporting the Rig Superintendent and ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of assigned drilling rigs.

Requirements

• 8 years' experience in drilling operations
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role on drilling rigs as an Assistant Rig Superintendent (ARS) or above
• Proven experience in overseeing and optimizing drilling operations
• Strong understanding of wellbore, drilling practices, and well control principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve complex issues
• Experience in coaching and mentoring others for professional development
