Job Description
We are seeking an independent Sales Manager to join our team full-time in Argentina. The ideal candidate will be a natural salesperson, hungry, ambitious, sharp, and seeking to lead a high-performance team at a fast-paced startup.
Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators, and tour operators
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Lead other Key Account Manager(s) in market
- Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Stay updated on airline products, policies, and industry developments
