Job Description
Aralez Bio is seeking a Scientist, Process Chemistry to join their team in Berkeley, CA. The role will involve manufacturing and production of noncanonical amino acids for next generation therapeutics. The ideal candidate will have a PhD with 2+ years of experience or MS with 5+ years of experience in organic chemistry, chemical engineering, or related scientific discipline.
Requirements
- PhD with 2+ years of experience or MS with 5+ years of experience
- Advanced degree in organic chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related scientific discipline
- Hands-on experience in solving problems in multi-steps organic synthesis
- Substantial experience with diverse analytical techniques
- Experience in experimental design, DoEs for troubleshooting and process optimization
