The 2nd Cook will oversee and support Prep Cooks in food preparation tasks, ensuring efficient production and high-quality presentation. The role requires strong culinary skills, leadership, and communication abilities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from an approved Culinary Training Facility
• Interprovincial Red Seal, Journeyman's Papers or international equivalent
• Previous experience in the Culinary field
• Food Handlers Certification
• Completed clean Criminal Background Check before first day of employment
