Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated mid-level Software Engineer with experience or strong interest in AI-enabled platforms/products.
Requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business use cases into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business users and engineering teams, clarifying intent and answering questions throughout the development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and backend services.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions, such as agentic AI workflows, MCP servers, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
- Debug and resolve issues across application, data, and AI layers (data quality, prompt logic).
- Participate in technical design reviews, AI architecture discussions, and model evaluation strategies.
- Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of both traditional and AI-driven platforms/products.
- Help implement AI governance capabilities, including observability, evaluation, quality measurement, guardrails, safety controls, and policy enforcement.
