AI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level Software Engineer with experience or strong interest in AI-enabled platforms/products. This role is primarily focused on hands-on development, while partners closely with business stakeholders and other engineers to translate real-world problems into scalable, well-governed technical solutions.

Requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business use cases into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business users and engineering teams, clarifying intent and answering questions throughout the development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and backend services.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions, such as:
• Debug and resolve issues across application, data, and AI layers (data quality, prompt logic).
• Participate in technical design reviews, AI architecture discussions, and model evaluation strategies.
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of both traditional and AI-driven platforms/products.
• Help implement AI governance capabilities, including:
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices related to software and AI development.
