Chef de Partie

Join our team as a Chef De Partie to ensure high standards of food delivery and kitchen management across all sections of the business. The ideal candidate will have relevant culinary qualification, 1-2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, and experience in industrial catering, H.A.C.C.P. documentation, and menu planning.

Requirements

• Maintain food hygiene, service, and presentation
• Aid with menu planning and menu costings
• Accommodate food orders conforming to company purchasing policy
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene
• Be responsible for the performance of the team
• Share responsibility for checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries
• Assist with carrying out stock takes
• Review the kitchen hazard list every week
• Maintain good communications and working relationships
