Support the Chef Manager/Catering Manager in leading and managing the kitchen brigade, ensuring high standards of food delivery and kitchen management. Assist with menu planning, menu costings, and food orders, while maintaining food hygiene and safety.

Requirements

• Maintain food hygiene, service, and presentation
• Aid with menu planning and menu costings
• Accommodate food orders and ensure use of approved suppliers
• Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene in premises and self
• Responsible for team performance and food delivery
• Assist with checking and signing of food deliveries
• Maintain good communications and working relationships
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning duties
• Perform reasonable tasks to assist with service, food preparation, and hygiene
