The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing the food service operation, including inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role
- Previous food service experience
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory
