The Customer Service Coordinator position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in a professional manner, handling incoming calls, and resolving issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.
- MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong communication skills, excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills required.
