Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics

The Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics is a hands-on leader responsible for building and leading the BI and analytics function to drive business insight and decision-making across the organization. The role requires 10+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence, with a proven track record leading enterprise or line-of-business data initiatives.

Requirements

• Operational Reporting & Data Strategy: Define, implement, and execute the organization’s operational reporting and data strategy aligned to business objectives
• Business Reporting & Self-Service Enablement: Lead the business reporting function—tracking key metrics and initiatives through automated dashboards and self-serve tools (e.g., Power BI)—and remain hands-on in the creation, refinement, and governance of critical reporting assets
• Performance Monitoring & Metric Design: Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure the right metrics and systems are in place to measure success; personally engage in metric definition and instrumentation for the most business-critical initiatives
• Metric Integrity & Governance: Ensure key performance metrics remain relevant, scalable, reliable, and consistently defined; establish review cadences and quality checks, modeling disciplined metric stewardship for the team
