Requirements
- Maintain records and carry out temperature checks in accordance with ARAMARK policy
- Liaise with kitchen and front of house staff for service standards
- Ensure staff uniforms comply with company and legal standards
- Follow all dish specifications and Opening and Closing procedures
- Communicate with Senior Management Team on any issues
