The Food Service Manager is responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet client needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dietary operations for clients in an overnight stay location.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of culinary experience in healthcare and/or senior living sector
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments
