Food Service Supervisor

This is a full-time Food Service Supervisor position that requires leading a team, maintaining food safety and quality, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work under stress.

Requirements

• Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
• Direct daily activities and maintain food production
• Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory and supervise and evaluate employees
• Train and mentor other food service workers
• Perform other duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager
