The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.

Requirements

• Previous guest services experience required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
