Requirements
- Recognised culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent)
- Level 3 Food Safety (or above)
- Proven leadership skills and a calm, professional approach
- Strong team ethic and respect for structured working environments
- Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- UK residency for the past 3 years (required for security vetting)
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS and full military security clearance
