Aramark UK is seeking a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join their team as a true HR Business Partner, reporting to the Head of HR- Workplace, Education, Healthcare & Curated Companies. The successful individual will provide expert HR advice, build people capability, and shape effective people strategies and activities within the company.
Requirements
- Experience operating as a generalist HR professional with skills in ER, L&D, TA, TUPE and Change Management
- Trade union experience
- Experience of LGPS pension schemes
- CIPD qualified L5 is highly desirable
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders at a national level in large, complex operational area
- Competent collating, manipulating and presenting data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross functional stakeholder relationships
