As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for an Aramark Student Nutrition account. This position is also responsible for providing management and administration of several imperative HR processes including but not limited to hourly recruitment, payroll and onsite employee relations support.
Requirements
- Issue resolution, including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation
- Employee Engagement Initiatives β Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, celebration activities point of contact/coordinator
- Talent Acquisition β recruit and make hiring decision for hourly food service positions at account
- Payroll processor for the Aramark employees at account and Benefits assistance as needed
- On-boarding programs and initiatives to support hourly new hires
