Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for cooking and preparing food, maintaining food safety, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires previous experience in a catering environment, basic food hygiene qualification, and knowledge of HACCP.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering environment
• Basic food hygiene qualification within first six months
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP
• 1 years' experience in a similar environment
• Good understanding of English
• Customer service experience
