Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or cook
- Further education as a master chef or hotel business administrator is an advantage
- Relevant work and leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in point or star-rated gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and social competence
- Quality awareness, organizational talent, and team spirit
- Solid PC skills
