Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or cook
- Further training as a chef de cuisine or hotel business administration of advantage
- Relevant work and management experience in the gastronomy / hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills and social competence
- Quality awareness, organisational talent and team spirit
- Proficient computer knowledge
