Lead Cook- Adventures on the Gorge- Seasonal

Lead Cook responsible for cooking and preparing food, supervising staff, and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Must have previous supervisor experience, experience as a cook or related role, and food safety certification.

• Experience as a cook or related role
• Food safety certification
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Proven knowledge of basic principles of food preparation and food safety regulations
• Basic math and counting skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
